Box Office Coordinator
The Box Office Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Ticket Office Team and communicating effectively with internal and external customers. This position will also provide superior service to customers and guests with general T-Mobile Center information (i.e., ticket purchases, upcoming events, ticket availability, event selection, and general parking information).

Director Marketing
The Director of Marketing will focus primarily on cross-functional initiatives and providing long-term business support to multiple stakeholders across multiple lines of business including but not limited to (Brand, Premium Seating, Private Events, Partnerships, F&B, etc.). This generalist should be capable with extensive knowledge across various marketing disciplines including Brand, Public Relations, Email/CRM, Loyalty Programs, Creative Services, Digital, Social, and Websites. The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams, collaborating with executive leadership and establishing direction that leads to measurable results in working in a collaborative, team-focused manner to implement creative marketing campaigns, promote public awareness and drive event sales.

Director Venue IT
The Director Venue IT is responsible for managing existing infrastructure in the areas of IT, Telecommunications and event services as well as new implementations that need to take place at the T-Mobile Center.

Lead Conversions
The Lead Conversions will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the venue related to preparation and set up for T-Mobile Center events.

Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during and after events. Performs various maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, mechanical repairs, electrical or construction tasks as they arise to ensure the venue is looking and functioning to its best potential. This position is also involved in the alteration, maintenance and repair of building equipment and assigned maintenance projects.

Manager Premium Services
The Manager, Premium Services position is responsible for managing a variety of matters related to ensuring optimal effectiveness & increased efficiency of the Sales Team. This position is responsible for managing activities and expectations related to day-to-day operations of the Sales Department to assist the team in meeting revenue goals.

Security Supervisor
Supervises front-line, 24-hour security and provides support to the Security Department. Responsible for upholding the integrity of the facility and correct any guests, clients and employees acting outside the facility rules and regulations. The Security Supervisor will uphold the Security Department’s Prime Directives, most importantly to take reasonable steps to protect the safety and security of venue guests, employee and assets with respect towards everyone’s dignity and legal rights.

Security Officer
Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security & safety of T-Mobile Center guests, employees, vendors and assets through constant patrol, observation and documentation. The Officer will also assist local public safety agencies as needed to accomplish the safety and security goals of T-Mobile Center. This position will be first point of contact for all security related issues and will control the diffusion of incidents at the venue. The Security Officer will also assist with customer service requests.

Audio Video Technician
Audio Video Technician is responsible for providing excellent guest experience at T-Mobile Center events by assisting planning, operation, and maintenance of video board system and other audio-visual systems.

Conversion Crew Member
Conversion Crew member is responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event.

Event Staff
Event Staff Team Members are stationed at various posts throughout the building during events. The position entails greeting, directing guest through metal detectors or wand, scanning tickets, checking bags, answering guests’ questions and informing guests of show and facility rules to ensure the safety of the facility and guests.

Guest Services Representative
Guest Services Representatives are responsible for delivering best in class service to ensure an exceptional guest experience for all internal and external guests of T-Mobile Center. Guest Service Representatives address questions, needs and resolve concerns on behalf of the venue for all guests, in an energetic, engaging expert, professional and welcoming manner.

Housekeeping Representative
Environmental Cleaners are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the venue prior, during and after events. This position requires general housekeeping duties with an eye for details.

Intern Events
The Events Intern will be a part of our Front and Back of House Event Department(s). You will work closely with our Events team to ensure we are providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a high level of excellence when putting on different types of events.

Intern Finance/Accounting
The Finance/Accounting Intern will be part of our Finance Department. You will work closely with our finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities. This internship will provide you with a wide range of accounting experience, from bank transactions to financial report preparation.

Motion Graphic Designer
Motion Graphic Designer will assist in all aspects of Facilities Presentation, specializing in graphic and motion design. This is a highly creative position that will conceptualize and execute creative content that will support the overall creative vision of projects.
