Box Office Coordinator
The Box Office Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Ticket Office Team and communicating effectively with internal and external customers. This position will also provide superior service to customers and guests with general T-Mobile Center information (i.e., ticket purchases, upcoming events, ticket availability, event selection, and general parking information).

Conversion Lead
The Lead Conversions will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the venue related to preparation and set up for T-Mobile Center events.

Conversion Supervisor
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Supervisor Conversions coordinates and supervises staff and the daily activities involved in the successful execution of events and conversions.

Data Analyst
The Data Analyst is responsible for compiling company and industry data, analyzing financial, sales and market data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support T-Mobile Center’s growth-focused and revenue-generating efforts. This role leverages research, data analysis, modeling, and coding skills to create reports, analysis, and data visualizations/models that showcase industry trends vs venue financial performance and provide strategic insights on performance to meet business expectations and service needs.

Environmental Services Lead
The Environmental Services Lead is responsible for performing daily housekeeping duties in all areas of the arena prior to, during and after events to maintain a clean facility for our guests. The incumbent is also responsible for delegating and monitoring task lists for housekeeping attendants.

Partnerships Sales Director
The Director, Partnerships Sales will assist the VP, Sales & Marketing with identifying and creating new marketing partnerships to generate revenue for T-Mobile Center. This position will create and secure new business relationships and associated revenue.

Premium Seating Sales Account Executive
The Premium Seating Sales Account Executive is responsible for all sales of premium seating ticket products at the T-Mobile Center or any ASM event. Products to sell include, but are not limited to, Founders Club Memberships, Event Suites, and special “one-time” events.

Premium Services Coordinator
The Premium Services Coordinator provides support to the Premium & Group Experience team in matters relating but not limited to: suite sales, event recaps, ticket management, special events, preparation of sales materials, assets inventory, communications and reports. The coordinator will also assist with client contact management and various premium & group sales related reports and projects.

Security Officer Mid-Shift
Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security & safety of T-Mobile Center guests, employees, vendors and assets through constant patrol, observation and documentation. The Officer will also assist local public safety agencies as needed to accomplish the safety and security goals of T-Mobile Center. This position will be first point of contact for all security related issues and will control the diffusion of incidents at the venue. The Security Officer will also assist with customer service requests.

Security Officer Overnight

Security Supervisor
Supervises front-line, 24-hour security and provides support to the Security Department. Responsible for upholding the integrity of the facility and correct any guests, clients and employees acting outside the facility rules and regulations. The Security Supervisor will uphold the Security Department’s Prime Directives, most importantly to take reasonable steps to protect the safety and security of venue guests, employee and assets with respect towards everyone’s dignity and legal rights.

Audio Video Technician
Audio Video Technician is responsible for providing excellent guest experience at T-Mobile Center events by assisting planning, operation, and maintenance of video board system and other audio-visual systems.

Box Office Ticket Attendant
The Box Office Attendant is responsible for assisting patrons with ticket distribution via ticket purchase or ticket pickup previously arranged (will call). This position also provides general information pertaining to T-Mobile Center and the events taking place at the arena. These transactions should be provided in a friendly and accurate manner while maintaining a professional appearance and exceptional service.

Conversion Crew Member
Conversion Crew member is responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event.

Event Staff
Event Staff Team Members are stationed at various posts throughout the building during events. The position entails greeting, directing guest through metal detectors or wand, scanning tickets, checking bags, answering guests’ questions and informing guests of show and facility rules to ensure the safety of the facility and guests.

Guest Services Representative
Guest Services Representatives are responsible for delivering best in class service to ensure an exceptional guest experience for all internal and external guests of T-Mobile Center. Guest Service Representatives address questions, needs and resolve concerns on behalf of the venue for all guests, in an energetic, engaging expert, professional and welcoming manner.

Housekeeping Representative
Environmental Cleaners are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the venue prior, during and after events. This position requires general housekeeping duties with an eye for details.

IT Support Specialist
The On-Site Information Technology Help Desk Associate function is to manage on-site technical IT support for T-Mobile Center during events. Such responsibilities will include overseeing the support and maintenance of network infrastructure, computer hardware and software, problem resolution, as well as acting as an escalation point for users in problem resolution relating to general hardware, software, and communication issues relayed through the ASM IT Help Desk, or by direct contact from the user base.

Motion Graphic Designer
Motion Graphic Designer will assist in all aspects of Facilities Presentation, specializing in graphic and motion design. This is a highly creative position that will conceptualize and execute creative content that will support the overall creative vision of projects.
