Box Office Administrator
Box Office Administrator is responsible for assisting customers of general T-Mobile Center information (i.e., ticket purchases, upcoming events, ticket availability, event selection, and general parking information). Reconcile all sales and Will Call receipts at the end of the shift. Provide support to Ticket Office Management.

Building Engineer
The Building Engineer is responsible for work involving the operation, maintenance and repair of T-Mobile Center equipment including variety of HVAC, plumbing and electrical, lighting and climate control systems as well as other mechanical equipment of a major live sports and entertainment facility. This position is responsible for planning, assisting and overseeing that venue operations run smoothly and safely while remaining current on new methods of building operations. Initiative and independent judgment are required.

Director Marketing
The Director, Marketing & Communications will focus primarily on cross-functional initiatives and providing long term business support to multiple stakeholders across multiple lines of business including but not limited to (Brand, Premium Seating, Private Events, Partnerships, F&B, etc.). This generalist should be capable with extensive knowledge across various marketing disciplines including Brand, Public Relations, Email/CRM, Loyalty Programs, Creative Services, Digital, Social and Websites. The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams, collaborating with executive leadership and establishing direction that leads to measurable results in working in a collaborative, team-focused manner to implement creative marketing campaigns, promote public awareness and drive event sales.

General Maintenance
General Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during and after events. Performs various maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, mechanical repairs, electrical or construction tasks as they arise to ensure the venue is looking and functioning to its best potential. This position is also involved in the alteration, maintenance and repair of building and equipment.

Group Sales Account Executive
Essential Duties:
- Sell group tickets to groups for select sporting events and family shows.
- Develop and implement sales plan for family shows and selected events under the direction of the Director of Premium Sales.
- Create and implement sales related collateral pieces.
- Provide sales reports and customer relationship status updates on a daily and weekly basis as required.
- Perform event day responsibilities as required (such as, providing customer service to group accounts, promoting group ticket sales, etc.).
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Manager Sales Operations
The Manager, Sales Operations position is responsible for managing a variety of matters related to ensuring optimal effectiveness & increased efficiency of the Sales Team. This position is responsible for managing activities and expectations related to day-to-day operations of the Sales Department to assist the team in meeting revenue goals.

Security Officer
Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security & safety of T-Mobile Center guests, employees, vendors and assets through constant patrol, observation and documentation. The Officer will also assist local public safety agencies as needed to accomplish the safety and security goals of T-Mobile Center. This position will be first point of contact for all security related issues and will control the diffusion of incidents at the venue. The Security Officer will also assist with customer service requests.

Event Staff
T-Mobile Center is looking to hire part-time Event Staff to provide outstanding customer service to our guests.

Event Security Lead
Event Security Lead is responsible for the safety & security of T-Mobile Center patrons, employees, and assets. Responsible for performance & conduct of all security officers assigned to the watch.

Floor Technician
Performs preventative maintenance checks on all floor maintenance equipment (vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, polishing machines, and general housekeeping equipment) prior to use at the beginning and end of shift.

Guest Services Representative
The Guest Services Representative position is responsible for providing information, directions and escorts (if needed) to T-Mobile Center guests. Respond to guest questions or complaints and ADA services and information to guests with disabilities in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a world class service mindset.

Conversion Crew
Conversion Crew member is responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event.

Housekeeping
The Housekeeping Representative position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all general areas, restrooms, dressing rooms, entrance ways, stairwells, elevators, escalators, exteriors prior, during and after events. This position requires an eye for detail and the ability to perform under pressure and follow verbal instructions associated with cleaning in a fast-paced environment. Housekeeping Representatives are expected to work cohesively with all employees of T-Mobile Center in order to maintain a superior level of service.

Motion Graphics Designer
The Motion Graphics Designer position will assist in all aspects of Facilities Presentation, specializing in graphic and motion design. This is a highly creative position that will conceptualize and execute creative content that will support the overall creative vision of projects. This demanding position requires a flexible work schedule, which will include some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
