Account Executive Premium Sales
The Account Executive Premium Experiences is responsible for selling premium seating products at T-Mobile Center. This role focuses on driving revenue through the sale of premium products and packages. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and a positive client experience.

Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator is responsible for providing professional client services support in the planning, organization and management of events within the facility. Coordinate and monitor the logistics of these events, and all event coordination tasks after events are booked through their conclusion. Ensures tenant requirements are met, and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to by serving as a liaison between the facility and tenants. Maintains positive rapport and forms strong client relationships.

Environmental Services Lead
The Environmental Services Lead is responsible for performing and leading daily housekeeping operations throughout all areas of the arena before, during, and after events to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and employees. This role supports supervisory staff by delegating tasks, monitoring work quality, and providing direction to housekeeping attendance while actively participating in cleaning operations.

Manager Facility Operations
The Manager Facility Operations is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during, and after concerts and events. This position will perform various maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, heating/ air conditioning systems or construction tasks as they arise to make sure the venue is looking and functioning to its best potential. This individual will oversee daily, weekly, monthly scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects, and will assess venue needs on an ongoing basis.

Supervisor Environmental Services
The Environmental Services Supervisor will provide direction, support, training and motivation for post-event housekeeping staff and contracted services within T-Mobile Center. This role requires maintaining the highest possible standards and integrity is of utmost importance.

Security Supervisor
Security Supervisor oversees front-line, 24-hour security operations and provides operational and administrative support to the Security Department. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the facility by addressing and correcting guests, clients, and employees who act outside established facility rules and regulations. The Security Supervisor upholds the department’s primary directives with primary emphasis on taking reasonable steps to protect the safety and security of the venue's guests, employees, and assets, while respecting individual dignity and legal rights. This position requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Conversion Crew
Conversion Crew members are responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event. This physically demanding position requires candidate be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and be available to work a flexible schedule revolving around event calendar as needed which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a great part-time year round opportunity where work hours are event driven.

Event Staff
Event Staff team members are stationed at various posts throughout the building during events. The position entails greeting, directing guests through metal detectors or wands, scanning tickets, checking bags, answering guests’ questions and informing guests of show and facility rules to ensure the safety of the facility and guests.

Guest Services Representatives are responsible for delivering best-in-class service to ensure an exceptional guest experience for all internal and external guests of T-Mobile Center.

Housekeeping/Environmental Services PT Events
Housekeeping Associates are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all general areas, restrooms, dressing rooms, entrance ways, stairwells, elevators, escalators, exteriors prior, during and after events. This position requires an eye for details and the ability to perform under pressure and follow verbal instructions associated with cleaning in a fast-paced environment. Housekeeping staff is expected to work cohesively with all employees of T-Mobile Center to maintain a superior level of service.

The Lead Event Housekeeping Attendants will be responsible for leading and delegating tasks to housekeeping staff and ensuring completion of assigned tasks including but not limited to the cleanliness and upkeep of all assigned areas, restrooms, dressing rooms, entrance ways, stairwells, elevators, escalators, exteriors.

The ideal candidate will gain valuable experience in the day-to-day operations of Partnerships Sales at T-Mobile Center. The Motion Graphics Designer will assist in all aspects of Facilities Presentation, specializing in graphic and motion design. This is a highly creative position that will conceptualize and execute creative content that will support the overall creative vision of projects. This position requires a flexible work schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedule.
