Facility Maintenance
Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during and after events. Performs various maintenance tasks including, but not limited to painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, mechanical repairs, snow removal and electrical or construction tasks as they arise to ensure the venue is looking and functioning to its best potential. This position is also involved in the alteration, maintenance and repair of building equipment and assigned maintenance projects.

Manager Facility Operations
The Manager Facility Operations is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during, and after concerts and events. This position will perform various maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, heating/ air conditioning systems or construction tasks as they arise to make sure the venue is looking and functioning to its best potential. This individual will oversee daily, weekly, monthly scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects, and will assess venue needs on an ongoing basis.

Supervisor Environmental Services
The Environmental Services Supervisor will provide direction, support, training and motivation for post-event housekeeping staff and contracted services within T-Mobile Center. This role requires maintaining the highest possible standards and integrity is of utmost importance.

Audio Video Technician PT
The Audio and Video Technician is responsible for providing excellent guest experience at T-Mobile Center events by assisting planning, operation and maintenance of audio, visual systems and lighting systems. This position will primarily be an operational and technical position that will assist in event-based production

Conversion / Change Over Crew
Conversion Crew member is responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event.

Event Staff
Event Staff team members are stationed at various posts throughout the building during events. The position entails greeting, directing guests through metal detectors or wands, scanning tickets, checking bags, answering guests’ questions and informing guests of show and facility rules to ensure the safety of the facility and guests.

Guest Services Representative
Guest Services Representatives are responsible for delivering best-in-class service to ensure an exceptional guest experience for all internal and external guests of T-Mobile Center.

Housekeeping Associates PT Events
Housekeeping Associates are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all general areas, restrooms, dressing rooms, entranceways, stairwells, elevators, escalators, and exteriors prior to, during and after events.

Lead Guest Services
The Guest Services Lead oversees the Guest Services Representatives assigned to their area during T-Mobile Center events. The lead will provide staff with directions and information to assist staff in providing a memorable event experience for guests

Motion Graphics Designer PT
The Motion Graphics Designer will assist in all aspects of Facilities Presentation, specializing in graphic and motion design. This is a highly creative position that will conceptualize and execute creative content that will support the overall creative vision of projects. This position requires a flexible work schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedule.
