T-Mobile Center continues to comply with government guidelines related to attending indoor events and works daily to ensure we have the strongest operating protocols in order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

Government guidelines for attending indoor events mandate that masks are required in all indoor spaces of public accommodation where six feet of social distancing cannot be maintained. As a result, T-Mobile Center requires compliance with the mask order for guests over 5 years old, unless actively eating or drinking while in their seats. The venue does not require proof of vaccination process/passport for entry. To help ensure T-Mobile Center is prepared to welcome guests, the venue has implemented preventative measures that are aligned with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the Kansas City Health Department.
Onsite Medical Resources
A variety of medical resources are available for guests or associates attending T-Mobile Center Events. The University of Kansas Health System nurses and technicians provide medical assistance at First Aid locations on the main concourse at Section 105 and Upper Concourse at Section 219. For those who live or work downtown, T-Mobile Center Health Care, a primary care practice and urgent care provider is open from 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a security or guest services team member for assistance.

How can I get tickets to T-Mobile Center events?
Tickets to select T-Mobile Center events are available online at t-mobilecenter.com or charge-by-phone at 888.929.7849.
How can I find out if an event is sold out?
Popular events sell out quickly. Although an event may be listed on the Event Calendar, tickets may not be available. Call AXS.com at (888) 929-7849 or click the event page on t-mobilecenter.com for information regarding ticket availability.
Can I bring my camera to photograph a T-Mobile Center event?
The permitted use of cameras and recording devices varies by event, with policy being determined by the event producer. Sporting events generally permit still photography without flash, but no recording devices. Concerts generally do not permit any cameras or recording devices. Under no circumstances may photography interfere with aisles or other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Guests inquiring about camera usage should contact T-Mobile Center prior to bringing their camera or recording devices to an event. Ipads and other similar tablet devices larger than 7" are prohibited.
Can I bring my own food/beverages to a T-Mobile Center event?
Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena during events.
Where do I park when I come to T-Mobile Center?
T-Mobile Center is located in downtown Kansas City and is surrounded by major highways including I-35, I-70, I-29 and thoroughfares allowing for easy access. Several parking lots and garages are available for your parking needs. See Directions for event and non-event parking.
Is seating available for disabled Guests?
Yes, T-Mobile Center is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as Missouri accessibility mandates.

What are the Price Chopper Box Office at T-Mobile Center hours of operation?
The Price Chopper Box Office at T-Mobile Center is temporarily closed. For specific questions, email email@example.com or call 816-949-7050 for a reply within one business day.
Where is the Lost and Found located at T-Mobile Center?
Lost and Found is located at Guest Services in Section 103 on the Main Concourse during the event. After an event, all Lost and Found items will be stored in the Security Office.
How can I reserve a Suite for a T-Mobile Center event?

What security is in place to ensure my family's safety?
T-Mobile Center security staff is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all Guests. All Guests attending T-Mobile Center events are subject to entry inspections and are expected to abide by the rules of the facility. T-Mobile Center does not permit guns, knives, pocket knives, laser pens, brass knuckles and spikes inside the facility. All patrons will be screened by walk-thru metal detectors or security hand-held wands. All bags will be checked. Umbrellas should be placed under your seats. All weapons must be returned to your vehicle as T-Mobile Center does not check in weapons or any prohibited items.
Can I smoke at T-Mobile Center?
T-Mobile Center is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building near the Oak Street entrance and on Konica Minolta Founders Club terrace.
Where are the ADA, Limo and Taxi drop-off and pick-up locations?
Guest drop-off and pick-up are located near the Oak Street entrance. Limousines and taxicabs will also drop-off and pick-up at this location.

Guests may enter T-Mobile Center through:
- Grand Boulevard Entrance (Corner of 13th Street and Grand Boulevard)
- Konica Minolta Founders Club, corresponding ticket necessary for admittance (South of Box Office)

May I re-enter T-Mobile Center once I have left?
No, re-entry is not allowed during any T-Mobile Center event.

What items are prohibited at T-Mobile Center?
The following items are not allowed in T-Mobile Center: bottles, cans, outside food or beverages, weapons or firearms, coolers or containers, backpacks of any size, bags larger than 12x6x12, iPads or other similar tablet devices larger than 7", fireworks, illegal substances, Frisbees, beach balls, spurs, artificial noisemakers, balloons, laptop computers and laser pointers.
T-Mobile Center does not permit guns, knives, pocket knives, laser pens, brass knuckles, wallet chains, spikes or weapons of any kind including concealed permits. All patrons will be screened by walk-through metal detectors and/or security hand-held wands. All bags will be checked. Umbrellas permitted except those with spike-like points and should be placed under seats. All weapons must be returned to your vehicle as T-Mobile Center does not check in weapons.
T-Mobile Center and the artist/event reserve the right to add prohibited items to the list above as well as limit the size of hand-held signage. Signage deemed to block the view of other guests will be removed.
