KANSAS CITY, Mo. (June 7, 2023) –  GRAMMY Award nominee DaBaby and trap music pioneer Gucci Mane are set to co-headline a show in Kansas City on Saturday, July 22. Young Jeezy and Plies will be joining DaBaby and Gucci Mane on the T-Mobile Center stage at 8 p.m. Doors are scheduled to open at 7 p.m.

 

DaBaby rose to mainstream prominence in 2019 with “Suge" from his debut album Baby on Baby and followed up with Kirk, his second studio album that debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and included multi-platinum singles "Intro" and "Bop.” His third studio album, Blame It on Baby (2020), included his highest-charting song, "Rockstar" (featuring Roddy Ricch). Following features with Jack Harlow and by Dua Lipa that both rose to number two on the Billboard Hot 100, DaBaby released the collaborative mixtape with YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Better than You in addition to his fourth studio album, Baby On Baby 2

 

In 2005, Gucci Mane debuted with Trap House, followed by his second and third albums, Hard to Kill in 2006 and Back to the Trap House in 2007. Following a string of critically and commercially successful mixtape releases in 2009, Gucci Mane released his fourth studio album, The State vs. Radric Davis, his first gold-certified album. Gucci Mane has released 14 studio albums and over 71 mixtapes throughout his career. In 2007, he founded his own label, 1017 Records. He has worked with artists such as the Weeknd, Drake, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown and more.
