Kansas City, MO (Sept. 24, 2008) – For the first time in more than seven years, music icon Janet Jackson will return to Kansas City -- bringing The Rock Witchu Tour to T-Mobile Center on Oct. 24. The Rock Witchu tour will feature songs from her new album Discipline, as well as all of the smash singles and innovative dance routines that have made her one of the most celebrated artists in history.

Janet Jackson has undeniably influenced pop culture with not only her current album Discipline, but with over a 100 million total albums sold in total worldwide, plus countless hit singles, awards and accolades. Janet is the only performer male or female to be nominated for Grammy Awards in each of the Pop, Rock, Dance, Rap and R&B categories, and is the first female recording artist of color to be nominated for a Producer of the Year Grammy.

Joining Janet on The Rock Witchu Tour is hip hop legend, LL Cool J. Nearly 25 years after launching his remarkable career, LL Cool J will celebrate the release of EXIT 13, his 13th album for the only label he has called home -- Def Jam Recordings. EXIT 13 hit stores on Sept. 9.
