Pittsburgh Penguins and Los Angeles Kings Face-Off On Sept. 27

The Los Angeles Kings today confirmed they will host a preseason game against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sept. 27. at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo.

Tickets for the Penguins vs. Kings NHL Preseason game presented by Toyota go on sale Friday, June 3. “Kansas City hockey fans are passionate and knowledgeable and T-Mobile Center is a world-class venue,” said Luc Robitaille, President of the Los Angeles Kings Hockey Club. “These elements create the perfect atmosphere for an intense battle with the Penguins.”

The Pittsburgh Penguins and Sidney Crosby, who suffered a concussion in January that limited him to 41 games in 2010-11 travel to Kansas City to take on the LA Kings Hockey Club, coming off two consecutive playoff appearances led by young scorer, captain Dustin Brown.

"T-Mobile Center is delighted to host two storied franchises this fall," said Brenda Tinnen, T-Mobile Center General Manager and Senior Vice President of T-Mobile Center/AEG Kansas City. "Hockey fans from throughout the region will witness NHL action from two 2011 Stanley Cup Playoff Teams."

Ticket prices for the Penguins vs. Kings start at only $10. Individual tickets are available at various levels including $25, $50, $60, $75 and on ice seats for $125 each. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 3 at t-mobilecenter.com, T-Mobile Center Box Office and charge by phone at (800) 745-3000. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
